A glitch in our system could have occurred, but please also check your junk/spam folder. If you cannot find it then please send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org we will resend the confirmation e-mail.
We apologise if your are unsatisfied with your order in any way but before returning a product please make sure that the item is unused and in the same condition you have received it. We are only able to accept returns up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- If your return is because your item was damaged, then please send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product to email@example.com. Once received, we'll send out another free of charge.
- If your return is because the order was wrong then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will make sure things are made right and send out the correct order to your address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied and sent to your email within a certain amount of days.
IF APPROVED: Your order will be returned between 7 to 21 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
